Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Carboost platform (carboost.app), operated by Krisdevs, a company registered in Belgium (BE 0778.905.149), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Carboost is a SaaS platform that enables car dealerships to generate video advertisements from vehicle photos using AI. The service includes:

• AI-powered photo classification and scene generation
• AI-generated narration scripts and voiceovers
• Video rendering in multiple formats and aspect ratios
• Template-based video customisation with dealership branding
• Background music selection and integration

To use Carboost, you must create an account using a supported authentication method (Google or GitHub OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering your dealership. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the dealership or organisation you represent.

Carboost operates on a monthly subscription model. Subscription plans, pricing, and included features are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

• Payments are processed by our payment partner Polar. By subscribing, you also agree to their terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI credits that reset on your billing date.
• Additional credit packs can be purchased as needed and do not expire.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Unused AI credits from the monthly allocation expire at the end of the billing period.
• Purchased credit packs remain available even after cancellation.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Use the platform to generate misleading or fraudulent vehicle advertisements.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account access to third parties.
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the platform infrastructure.

Your content: You retain ownership of all photos and materials you upload. By uploading content, you grant Carboost a limited licence to process and transform that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Generated videos: Videos generated through the platform are owned by you. You are free to use, distribute, and publish them for your business purposes.

Platform IP: The Carboost platform, including templates, AI models, software, and branding, remain our intellectual property. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your subscription period.

Carboost uses artificial intelligence to classify photos, generate narration scripts, and produce voiceovers. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.
• We do not guarantee that AI classifications or narrations will be error-free.
• You should verify that generated video advertisements accurately represent the vehicles being advertised.

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian and EU law, Carboost shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities related to the use of generated videos.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors in processing.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in abusive conduct, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. We may retain anonymised usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
